New Creation

Do you know what you are becoming?

[Jesus] is the one we proclaim, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone fully mature in Christ. To this end I strenuously contend with all the energy Christ so powerfully works in me.

(Colossians 1:28-29)

God has turned this world – this Matrix – into a machine which has but one product: people in the image of the Messiah. We are in a process of being transformed into living breathing models of the God paradigm! Do you realize how different that makes us from the celestial beings?

Jesus answered, “I am telling you the truth: no one can see the Kingdom of God without being born again. …A person is born physically of human parents, but is born spiritually of the Spirit. Do not be surprised because I tell you that you must all be born again.”

(John 3:3-7)

“‘You were the seal of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. You were in Eden, the garden of God; … Your settings and mountings were made of gold; on the day you were created they were prepared.’”

(Ezekiel 28:12-13)

Think about that for a minute: “on the day you were created”. Celestial beings like the Creature are created: *poof*. That’s it. No change, no growth – a completed product. How different we are! In this world, we are not created. We are born – twice: first physically then spiritually. And we then undergo a process of transformation. We truly are a new creation – the likes of which eternity has never seen before.

Anyone who is joined to Christ is a new being; the old is gone, the new has come.

(2 Corinthians 5:17)

We are the aberration in the timeline of eternity! One day, this world will be no more. And on that day and for the rest of eternity…

  • There will be no more of us. Ever.
  • There will be no more transformation. Ever.

May we seize every moment, every opportunity to be truly transformed. And may our joy be made complete in all of us together.

We write this in order that our joy may be complete.
